Shipping and Returns
All shipments will depart from our store in Cermenate (CO), Italy.
Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 18.30 (CET). In these days D-Store Como undertakes to process an order received within 2 working days from the confirmation of payment. Orders received during the weekend or during holidays * will instead be processed on the first working day.
* Italian holidays are:
- January 1-6
- Easter and Easter Monday
- 25 April
- May 1
- June 2
- August 15
- November 1
- December 8
- 24-25-26 December
Once the order is packed, the package will be delivered to the courier who will then take it to its destination.
Shipping costs change depending on the country of destination and may be free based on some promotions that the site may offer at certain times of the year, in any case they are always shown in the cart summary where you can choose between various options in according to your needs.

The courier delivers in 3 working days in Europe and the rest of the world, excluding particularly remote locations.
Delivery times may be extended in case of bad weather, strikes or other extraordinary events that cannot be foreseen by D-Store Como.
Please note that:
- It is not possible to ship to PO boxes
- all shipments must be signed on delivery
- in the case of payment by bank transfer, shipping times will be longer as we will have to wait from 3 to 7 days on average for confirmation of payment. The order paid by bank transfer will be sent only after the payment is confirmed.
The courier used by D-Store Como is Nexive for Italy, TNT-DHL for Europe and the rest of the world.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as the package is ready for shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you where the name of the courier and the tracking number will be indicated to follow the entire shipment.
Which countries in the world do you ship to?
Purchases made on the website www.dainesecomo.com are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In the event that the Customer has made a mistake in the order and has received an item that he did not want, he has 10 (ten) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product.
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. DLT 206/2005, the consumer customer, i.e. a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and consequently has the right to return the goods purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred, in compliance with the methods indicated below.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- a) the law applies to the product in its entirety and not to parts or components of it;
- b) in the case of prize operations or combined promotional sales, in which the purchase of an asset is associated with another asset that is sold at a ridiculously low price (or given away), the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods subject to purchase (given the constraint of the accessibility of the goods in promotion with respect to the first).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, must send within 10 (ten) working days from the day of receipt of the goods , a communication indicating the will to withdraw from the contract. This communication must be sent to the attention of Smartech moto by registered letter with return receipt with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Smartech moto srl Via Montesordo n. 27a, Cermenate. At the same time as sending the notice of withdrawal, the Customer must take action to return the goods to Smartech moto, using a courier of his choice, with a copy of the registered letter indicated above . The goods must be returned intact and carefully packed in the original packaging, complete with all accessories. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. In the case of several goods relating to the same order, in relation to which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the same must be sent to Smartech moto with a single shipment.
Smartech moto is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Smartech moto will refund the price of the goods for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal provided that the goods are intact and not used.
Without prejudice to any damage repair costs, Smartech moto will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer at the time of purchase of the asset, within 30 days from the date on which Smartech moto became aware of the exercise of the right. of withdrawal, provided that in the meantime the goods have been shipped in the manner indicated above , by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Customer’s credit card.
The right of withdrawal automatically lapses in cases where it is ascertained:
a) the lack of original packaging and / or packaging;
b) the absence of all the integral elements of the asset (accessories, tags, labels, information notes etc.);
c) damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
d) use of the product;
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Smartech moto will return the purchased good already in its possession to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
Smartech moto informs that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods expressly modified at the request of the customer, made to order,
not normally kept in stock by Smartech moto. These goods ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, as they are produced on the express specific personal needs of the Customer.
